Owner Relations Sales Representative

We’re looking for an outgoing owner-Relations Sales Representative to help us smash our sales goals! You’ll help us generate leads by prospecting potential clients, adding qualified leads to the sales funnel and adding properties to our rental program. $50,000 - $60,000

• Update customer database regularly to provide the most up-to-date client information to the sales team
• Funnel new qualified leads into the sales pipeline by following up with each prospect via email, phone calls or other forms of communication
• Qualify incoming leads so appointments are arranged as fast as possible to provide an excellent customer service experience
• Record monthly and quarterly sales and performance goals to ensure they are being met
• Seek out new business opportunities within the assigned geographies to expand clientele

• Call back inquiries and requests
• Prospect potential customers via cold calling, email, or other forms of communication to ensure they are added to the sales pipeline and produce more qualified leads
• Set appointments for our outside sales team
• No marketing or advertising is necessary
• All leads supplied
• Work a normal workweek
• Accountability and daily reporting
• A more detailed full list of job duties, responsibilities, and tasks will be provided

• Working knowledge of the sales process and CRM software
• Current U.S. driver’s license and the ability to travel by car
• Great time management, interpersonal, and communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proven track record of at least 2 years of experience in a sales position or related field
• High school diploma or GED is required, bachelor’s degree preferred

• Computer knowledge
• A great attitude
• Some customer service sales calling experience
• Good phone etiquette
• Organized and highly motivated
• Self-disciplined
• Able to follow directions
• Must have previous Sales Experience
