Job Description: Overnight Shift Only Call Center Agent

Skills Required: Call Center Rep
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Call Center Rep to join our team for the Overnight Shift Only. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and have a strong customer service background.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries
- Provide information about products and services
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues
- Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
- Follow up customer calls where necessary
- Complete call logs and reports
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a Call Center environment
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Must be able to work Overnight Shift Only
