Job Responsibilities
Under limited supervision provides excellent customer service for District Call Center, answering inbound calls as well as assisting clients who have general questions about Health Department Programs, scheduling appointments quickly and accurately, contacting Health Departments as needed, and assisting with clinic clerical coverage needs. Arrange for the dispatch of packets as well as sorting materials to be delivered to County Health Departments. Will work in Health Department as a CSR trained in M&M, GA-WIC and DHD to work up clients. Assists in processing daily money reports and making bank deposits as needed. Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED. Bilingual-Haitian Creole
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous Call Center experience; Public Health experience; Experience in a health-related field; Experience with Microsoft Office; Open availability Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM.
