Responsibilities:

· Check in all members and guests in accordance with company procedures

· Greet all members & guests with a smile and wish them well as they enter and exit the club

· Answer phones in courteous, helpful, professional manner

· Communicate special events to members and guests

· Maintain an atmosphere, which makes members feel welcome

· Generate leads/new business through member promotions, leads, referrals, social media, guest passes, and prospecting.

· Manage and follow-up on 100% of Leads, referrals, Missed Guests, and any other opportunities.

· Sell retail products

Pay: $16.90 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 25 per week

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

Ability to Relocate:

• Van Nuys, CA 91405: Relocate before starting work (Required)
