Job Summary
Responsibilities:
We're seeking a Membership Sales Manager to lead our fitness center! As our new Membership Sales Manager you will:
- Report to the General Manager
- Responsible for developing strategy that will achieve both Sales and Retention goals
- Success will be determined by achievement of monthly net membership growth targets
- Will provide oversight to sales associates, with a focus on:
- Implementation of new Sales & Lead process utilizing Salesforce
- Maintain visibility on Lead pipeline to insure adequate frequency and quality of follow-up
- Collaborate and motivate the group in efforts to achieve sales targets
- Will collaborate with the General Manager, Marketing, and Fitness Systems Admin in efforts to:
- Understand the marketplace and identify opportunities
- Design and implement strategy to capitalize on opportunities
- Interpret Lead & Sales data in a way that informs our sales efforts and initiatives
- Interpret Cancellation data in a way that informs our sales efforts and initiatives
Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
- Results-oriented, highly motivated self-starter who is oriented towards action
- A strong understanding of how to interpret and influence sales performance metrics
- Experience with implementation of strategies to grow client / member base. These may include
- Increase engagement with new prospective members
- Identify and engage with local strategic partners
- Utilize existing members to generate Referral business
- Implement strategy to re-engage former or canceling members
- Utilize tools such as a Rewards Program to engage and retain existing members
- Strong familiarity with Salesforce CRM software, and an ability to utilize it to improve Lead-to-Sale process and maximize conversion
- Track record of success in seeking, identifying, and generating strategic partnerships
- Experience with managing other (tenured) salespeople, ideally with examples of
- Improving performance
- Process implementation
Residents of California, Colorado, New York, and Washington: Per pay transparency requirements, the compensation for this position ranges from $80,000/year to $100,000/year. Pay is dependent on factors including site location, specialty, certifications and work experience as well as other business needs.
