The Overnight Guest Services Agent ensures a warm welcome, even in the middle of the night.
Your typical shift may include booking room reservations, making a warm and welcoming first impression upon the guest’s arrival, serving as the main point of contact throughout their hotel stay and ensuring a smooth departure that leaves the guest with pleasant memories of their time at The Houstonian.
Our Overnight Guest Services Agents are friendly and professional, and they pay attention to the spoken and unspoken needs of our guests, employing anticipatory service to customize a luxury service experience that enhances the guest’s stay. Our frequent guests look forward to returning to The Houstonian because of the way you made them feel when they were here.
The ideal candidate for this role shows genuine concern for customers. They take pride in their ability to deliver an experience that delights and surprises each guest. They have impeccable communication skills, high proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, and are available for a variable schedule that includes some weekdays, weekends and holidays, typically on the Overnight Shift.
A minimum of one year in Customer Service is required. Hotel experience is strongly preferred.
