We're seeking a Senior Graphic Designer focused on omni-channel marketing for the Lifetouch family of brands. This role will be key in delivering visual communication solutions supporting business objectives for both B2B and B2C audiences.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- Create engaging and compelling branded creative that supports omni-channel marketing strategies.
- Develop a “big picture” of how creative will connect with the audience.
- Lead and execute creative campaigns from concept to delivery
- Support and contribute to strategies and guides (campaigns, templates, specifications) to facilitate a consistent creative approach to B2B2C communication
- Work cross-functionally with internal business partners and key stakeholders to develop a full understanding of business strategies, project scope and key deliverables
Experience:
- 5+ years of work experience in design field
- Experience working as a senior designer at an ad agency, web design firm, online retail or experience-brand company/design firm
- Omnichannel design experience
- Branding; campaign development, guides, standards
- Demonstrated experience leading brainstorms and high-concept meetings to develop innovative design solutions
- Experience mentoring or directing work of junior level designers.
- Strong portfolio that reflects a refined, tasteful and relevant design aesthetic
Other (knowledge, skills, and abilities):
- Possesses expert knowledge in all applications for the creation of graphic design. These may include, but are not limited to: Adobe PhotoShop, Illustrator, In-Design
- Appreciation and passion for design including typography, layout, composition, and color
- Thrives in a collaborative team environment but also excels at working independently
- Willingness to be flexible with tasks on a day-to-day basis and evolve role as required by the needs of the team
- A great attitude and flexibility towards business and it’s ever-changing, sometimes ambiguous nature
- Sense of humor and the ability to have fun doing what you love
- Ability to communicate both broadly and in detail how their creative approach drives business objectives
- Ability to work well collaboratively in a team environment as well as able to take direction
- Self-directed and can develop focused, high quality design on projects and campaigns
- Professional demeanor
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts or Graphic Design or equivalent related experience
