After Hours Fleet Service Coordinator
Gabrielli Truck Leasing and Rental is currently seeking an Overnight Fleet Service Coordinator.
This is a remote position after in-person training is completed.
The totals hours that the person in this role would work is:
Mon through Friday (10pm- 7am each night)
Friday – Sunday 10pm – 7 am
Week one clocks 42 hours: 2x overnight during the week, 2x weekend 12 hours shifts (sat/sun)
Week two clocks 51 hours: 3x overnight during the week, 2x weekend 12 hours shifts (sat/sun)
Saturday & Sunday shifts are (7am-7pm & 7pm to 7am) Each Coordinator works each Saturday & Sunday 12 hours.
They are required to work Holidays as well. It is paid out as 8 hours Holiday on top of their hours worked.
They would require approx. 60-90 days of training on the day shift to learn the operation before they could work overnight.
Job Description:
- Answers our dedicated after-hours service line to document, dispatch and coordinate each service event from intake until resolution.
- Gathers all necessary information to make informed decisions on the best course of action to resolve the service event.
- Assist in Preventative Maintenance Scheduling
- Monitor and Report OOS/Sub Report
- As the Coordinator, your work hours may vary based on scheduling to provide market coverage during all hours. Service is provided 24/7/365
Responsibilities:
- Answer the customer service line and complete intake sheet.
- Assess and assign open events.
- Verify proper authorization has been obtained to dispatch the event.
- Assign appropriate and nearest vendor to make requested repairs.
- Advise the customer of the estimated time of arrival on the event and follow instructions per their requirements.
- Inform supervisor on duty of any delays with the vendors estimated time of arrival or problems with repairs.
- Work with Follow Up to address problems as they arise.
- Handle over flow of new inbound events.
- Assist Follow Up representatives as needed and as time permits.
- Assist in resolving customer inquiries.
- Other duties and projects, as assigned.
Requirements:
- Diesel Mechanical Experience a plus.
- Customer Service and Communications Experience a must.
- . Computer skills, including, but not limited to: Microsoft Office, Internet Browser
- Must be willing to work weekends, evenings and additional shifts as assigned
- Must be available to willing to adapt
- Be motivated, proactive, focused and well organized
- Maintain high level of professionalism.
- High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) Pass background and drug test
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
