Commercial Outside Sales Representative

POSITION SUMMARY
The Outside Sales Representative is a key member of the team who focuses mainly on the commercial division. This position actively searches for new builders and contractors to bring into our network by creating relationships through phone calls, emails and events. The Outside Sales Representative will also be responsible for creating commercial estimates from plans provided by builders and contractors all while working in alignment with the organizational goals.

PERFORMANCE OBJECTIVES

● Contacts and builds new relationships with builders and property manager.

● Actively searches for new commercial job opportunities on Planhub

● Works closely with the CEO creating cold call scripts

● Creates take offs and estimates using Plan Swift.

● Passionate about delivering a great customer experience.

● Maintain professional relationships with homeowners, Business owners, installers, and team members

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

● 2+ years experience in construction

● Plan Swift, Excel, Microsoft word, and Quickbooks

● Valid driver's license

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
● Ability to lift heavy materials if needed

● Position will require sitting and standing for long periods of time

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $1,000.00 per week
