HomeSmart Technologies is a rapidly growing eco-technologies company looking for talented and outgoing Outside Sales Representatives to join our Maryland team.
At HomeSmart Technologies, we strive to provide our customers with quality solutions to make their lives more energy efficient and specialize in various cutting-edge products to increase the health and integrity of their homes. We pride ourselves on maintaining a strong team environment that promotes a company culture that caters to each employee's desire to grow their skills.
Our Sales Specialists are a vital part of our team and are treated as such with the opportunity to earn uncapped commission through each of their sales.
Responsibilities:
We are seeking an eager and knowledgeable self-starter with the ability to give informational presentations about our energy-saving products. There is absolutely no cold-calling, no telemarketing, and no door-to-door marketing.
We set you up with two groups of people 3-4 days every week and your job is simple: Teach pre-qualified customers about our various solutions to the problems that they are bringing to us.
We have a phenomenal paid training program in place, to supplement previous Public Speaking and Presentation experience.
Through salary plus commission, our average closers are making $95,000-$115,000 per year, while our uncapped commission allows several of our more experienced reps to make well over $150K per year. All of our Outside Sales Representatives receive weekly pay.
