The Customer Service Representative is responsible for growing sales through onsite and over-the-phone move consultations and consistently adhering to all TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® system standards and procedures to provide excellent Customer Service. Customer Service Representative are compensated with a base hourly rate plus commission & are eligible for health benefits. Job Responsibilities
- Promote and protect the TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® brand and ensure delivery of excellent Customer Service
- Ask open-ended, probing questions to determine customer requirements and expectations
- Provide professional and accurate move consultations by selling all products and services to best provide for the needs of the customer
- Directly and accurately input information in to “Movers Who Care®” software
- Follow up with the customer until they have scheduled
- Recommend alternate services and/or products based on cost, availability or customer specifications
- Assist in the achievement of financial goals and objectives by continually increasing sales and minimizing expenses
- Assist in development and review of move consultation procedures and materials
- Maintain thorough understanding of all company products, services, pricing and promotions in order to communicate the benefits and value of TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® and effectively oppose any customer objections
- Assist with front office Customer Service duties as needed
- Other duties as assigned

- A minimum of one year of sales, business, or other relevant experience is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® system policies, procedures, and industry
- Demonstrated understanding and application of effective selling strategies and techniques
- Demonstrated ability of consistently meeting and/or exceeding sales goals
- Strong team player who works productively with a wide range of people and personalities
- Excellent Customer Service skills (friendly, courteous and helpful)
- Understanding of and commitment to Customer Service and the TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® core values
- Proficient in office equipment (copier, facsimile, credit card machine, cash register, etc.) and the “Movers Who Care®” software
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Ability to analyze and solve problems effectively
- Accurate; consistent attention to detail
- Basic computer and keyboarding skills
- Demonstrated integrity, ethical standards, and commitment to TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® Core Values

Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour
