Anchored Tiny Homes is launching in the Seattle area this spring. We build slab on grade, stick built tiny homes, also known as in-law apartments, granny flats, DADU's & accessory dwelling units (ADU's) that average 300 - 1000 square feet. Our mission is to positively impact the earth and the lives of those we serve by building ADUs to help families stay closer together, earn rental income, and help solve the housing crisis that we are facing across the country. Our vision is to help people become financially free, keep families close, and make housing options available for more Americans.
We provide warm, qualified leads and arm our sales people with cutting edge technology that allows our customers to visually see our product while you are at their property. Our customer service and infrastructure are second to none.
This role is pivotal in our aggressive growth as we launch in western WA. The successful candidate will ensure customer satisfaction, achieve territory sales goals, and enhance the company’s investment, reputation, and profitability.
Our pay structure is commission based and very aggressive. Salespeople in other markets are easily making $100K plus. The Seattle/Everett/Redmond market is expected to be one of the best performing markets in the country with the dire need for affordable housing, friendly Washington State ADU building regulations & increase in the communities desire for multi-generational housing & long term rental income. Anchored Tiny Homes is currently in CA, ID, OR, AZ, NV, FL, TX & many other regions.

Construction or real estate background is helpful but not necessary. As we rapidly grow our business, our initial team members will have first crack at growing into Sales Management positions. We believe in working hard, doing the right thing and will always put your family first.
This role is 100% commission after the first 4 months. Top performing Anchored Tiny Homes sales people are making over $500K annually in other territories. While you can work out of a home office, you will be conducting in person sales calls at homeowners' properties located in the Seattle, Everett, Redmond areas. Must have your own transportation.
Qualifications
- Direct experience with construction or real estate
- Demonstrated success in sales, particularly within the construction, real estate
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building and maintaining effective customer relationships.
- Excellent organizational abilities, with a focus on time management and meeting sales objectives.
- A strong commitment to customer service excellence and satisfaction.
