Form of workAbout your Role:
As a Mental Health Professional, you will work with adults aged 18 and older living in adult family homes or Assisted living facilities, who need additional behavior support to maintain their placement. This position creates an Individual Behavior Support Plan with the client and meets with them weekly to focus and work toward their goals. You will also engage the residential staff and families, collaborating and educating them on ways to more successfully work with the clients. You will provide documentation of the collaboration with family, DSHS, residential staff, ECS team and all other involved parties, to ensure the client is receiving the necessary care.

- $20-$38/hour competitive starting pay
- Bachelors: $20-24 (41k-49k)
- Masters: $29-38 (60k-79k)
- $950 sign-on bonus

Does the following apply to you?
- One of the following:
- Master’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling or related field
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field and currently pursuing a Master’s degree
- Licensed as LMHC, LMHCA, SWICL, SWAICL, LMFT, LMFTA, CAAC, LAAC, or BCBA
- Satisfactory results of fingerprinting and background checks
- Valid driver’s license, clean driving record and auto insurance
- Preferred experience (not required):
- Geriatric, SPMI, or long-term care populations
- Behavioral health patients
- Clinical or case management work in a rehabilitation philosophy
