Regional Outside Sales Representative

Location: Northeast Territory (NY, CT, NJ, PA, RI, ME, MA, NH, VT)

Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Regional Sales Representative to join our sales team. The Regional Sales Representative will be responsible for selling our products/services within a specific geographic region, building and maintaining relationships with customers, expanding our network of customers within the region and achieving sales targets.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a sales plan to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets within the assigned region.
• Identify and qualify new leads and opportunities through tradeshows and other industry related leads prospecting, cold calling, networking, and referrals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers, distributors, and channel partners to ensure customer satisfaction and retention and repeat business.
• Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and sales meetings with existing customers as needed and potential new customers.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of sale to close deals and maximize profitability.
• Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, customer service, and operations to support sales efforts and ensure customer needs are met.
• Provide regular updates on sales activities, pipeline, and market trends to sales management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred but not required.
• Proven track record of success in sales, with a minimum of 2-5 years of experience in an Apparel Sales role.
• In depth knowledge and experience of industry related Wholesale Apparel Industry and Industry Related Trade Organizations, Trade Shows & Trade publications.
• Experience in selling workwear and/or sportswear preferred but not required.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office application and CRM Systems, SalesForce.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned region as needed.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
