Outreach Specialist For Seniors And Mentally Disabled Adults

Job Description:

1. Introduce our Adult Day Health Care Center (ADHC) program to individuals with developmental disability, seniors, and their representatives.

2. Assist the prospective clients to verify their eligibility

3. Assist the prospective clients to complete the enrollment packet

4. Assist the prospective clients to get Health Examination and TB test clearance from their primary care physician/psychiatrist

Skills Needed:

1. Know about Adult Day Health Care Center (ADHC) program. Know what services are provided, what insurances are accepted, etc

2. Know about Regional Center, Adult Residential facilities, Residential facility for Elderly, Senior apartments, etc.

3. Not afraid of rejections, deal with difficult people

Job Type: Contract

Salary: From $4000 plus commissions
