Outreach Coordinator & Admin Assistant for Mini Movers Studio

Mini Movers Studio is hiring a professional, dependable and experienced Outreach Coordinator and Administrative Assistant!

As a Mini Movers Studio Outreach Coordinator and Administrative Assistant you:

• Are able to work independently. This position is fully remote.
• Have a go-getter attitude and professional demeanor.
• Will oversee and coordinate our mobile programming at schools, daycares, community locations etc.
• Will assist in communicating with studio families about pending registrations, general information etc.
• Research outreach opportunities.
• Have basic social media knowledge and experience.
• Work collaboratively as a team player and communicate effectively with Mini Movers Studio Director.
• Have great time management skills.
• Will have a check in meeting once a week with Mini Movers Studio’s director

Job Qualifications

• Administrative background.
• Must be willing to undergo a CORI check.
• Must have own laptop and internet capabilities.

General Information:

• A dance background is not required, but a desire to enrich young kids’ lives through our mission of building confidence and creativity through dance, is!
• Experience working with Dance Studio Pro is preferred, but not required.
• This position is remote.
• 10 Hours/week
• We are seeking someone to be with us long term with potential to grow.
