Work Details:

• Support Staff: 1 NP who works 12–16-hour shifts
• Amount of Coverage Needed per Month: 1-4 weeks per month, will know exact schedule in April
• ICU: Closed
• EMR: Cerner
• ICU: 41 - not all are used by the Intensivists
• Hospital Bed size: 268 beds
• Procedures: intubation, central line placement and vent management

Practice Setting:

• Hospital

Requirements:

• Board Certification: BC or BE in Critical Care
• License Required: we have time to license, AZ license
• DEA: yes
• Minimum Experience Required: 1+ year of Pulmonary/Critical Care experience
• Credentialing Timeframe: 30 days
