Job Description:
100Insure is seeking experienced, full-time sales Lead Qualifiers who are hungry for success. We are looking for A-players with drive to help us find and qualify the right clients. The sales Lead Qualifier participates in the earliest stages of the sales process, including reaching out to and qualifying potential prospects.
Sales Lead Qualifier Responsibilities
- Qualify potential customer leads
- Introduce new prospects to the company in a meaningful, professional manner
- Must be able to function within a fully scripted environment. You will not be able to deviate from the scripts given to you and must be comfortable with this facet of the job.
- Lead qualifiers will also be updating addresses, emails, contact names etc. in the database as calls are being completed
- Lead qualifiers are expected to make approximately 200 calls per day
- No sales involved; meet the minimum amount of three (3) successful sale transfers per day and two (2) converted transfers/ deals per week.
- If you aren’t confident in your ability to meet these quotas, this is likely not the job for you. This position is ideal for someone who is regimented, accurate, and is able to work fast without sacrificing quality in doing so. Those with prior Outbound Sales experience are strongly urged to apply.
Required Skills:
- Telephone customer service experience, with a strong preference for those with experience dealing with life insurance
- Outbound sales via the phone or call-center experience strongly preferred
- Basic computer and typing skills
- Ability to clearly read and adhere to a telephone script
- Must have excellent English reading and speaking skills (must have very clear and easily understood English speaking abilities)
- Comfortable making up to 200 calls a day
- Accuracy and speed matter in this role

- Training for this role will begin on Monday, March 4th. Training classes will be held via Zoom, which means you will be required to be on camera during class. Training classes will be held Monday through Friday, from 9:30AM to 7:00PM EST, for one week. During this time, you will be required to miss no time from class. Any time missed will result in you being pulled from that training class and having to wait for another week until the next training class begins, at which time you will have to restart your training over again from the beginning.
