Outbound Sales Rep (Cold Calling)

We’re looking to expand our sales force – we’re currently seeking experienced telemarketers for our sales team. You’ll serve as the first point of contact for potential clients by Cold Calling to open up accounts. We will provide you with all leads, the proper training and necessary tools to successfully perform the role. Our industry is janitorial supplies, and our customers are local governments.

Any experience in phone sales or as a Sales Representative will be helpful.

Responsibilities:

• Generate new business through Cold Calling company-provided leads
• Overcome concerns and challenges to close the deal
• Engage customers in conversation to understand their needs and preferences
• Use our CRM Program to track and monitor leads, proposals, and sales goals

Minimum Requirements:

• B2B Outbound Sales experience
• Experience in janitorial chemical sales is welcomed, but not necessary if willing to learn
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills to effectively engage with all personalities

Compensation:

• $600 base pay vs. 23% commission uncapped
• Sales bonuses + Daily cash prizes
• $500 Sign-On Bonus

Schedule:

• Mon-Thurs: 8am-4pm and Friday: 8am-1pm
