Telecom, Inc., a leading national outsourced contact center, is seeking an experienced Call Center Sales Supervisor (CCS) to help remotely oversee and co-manage its Outbound Newspaper Sales Telemarketing Department.
The Call Center Sales Supervisor will be responsible for supporting, and will work closely with, the Senior Project Manager on day-to-day client management and project productivity of Telecom’s Outbound Newspaper sales accounts. The supervisor will assist in strategic and operational plans that maintain the focus of achieving company and client goals and will operate within budgetary and quality-assurance guidelines. The CC Supervisor is also responsible for helping in the creation and implementation of ongoing and adaptive selling strategies, maintaining client relationships and the productivity of each project.
Job Responsibilities
· Co-manage numerous newspaper sales accounts
· Manage automated dialer for the afternoon and evening shifts
· Assist with the hiring and training of Telemarketing Sale Representatives (TSRs)
· Supervise, monitor and motivate the TSR team
· Ensure client satisfaction through TSR monitoring, coaching and communicating departmental QA standards.
· Act as point person/liaison for clients on all aspects of the client’s project
· Establish and adhere to company and client sales expectations, budgets, metrics and KPI
· Assist in strategic planning, cost control and staffing allocation for all newspaper projects
· Assist in producing and managing outbound calling strategies for all newspaper projects
Requirements
· Industry related project management experience
· Telemarketing or B2C sales experience
· Excellent oral, written, communication and presentation skills
· Proven leadership ability
· Computer literate, including experience with industry applications, including Zoom, etc.
· An understanding of the Call Center industry, industry metrics and analytics
· Positive attitude with high enthusiasm and a desire to provide top-notch service
· Flexible hours a must (evening and weekend shifts are required)
· Distraction free home workspace with high-speed internet access, Windows PC or laptop that meets technical requirements, landline or VoIP phone line, headsets with microphone and a webcam.
Compensation Package Includes:
· Starting annual salary $48,000.00
