• Prospect & Pursue: Actively seek out and engage potential customers through various strategies, achieving sales targets within set timelines.
• Resolve & Reassure: Address customer inquiries and concerns with empathy and expertise, offering solutions that foster trust and satisfaction.
• Maintain & Mobilize: Keep customers engaged through regular follow-ups, informing them of the latest developments and offerings.

Qualifications:

• Experience & Expertise: Proven track record in sales or customer service roles. Experience in the HVAC industry is highly beneficial.
• Technical Know-how: Familiarity with different HVAC systems and the ability to articulate their benefits to customers.
• CRM Knowledge: Comfortable using CRM platforms to track customer interactions and sales progress.
• Rapport Building: Exceptional ability to connect with clients, understanding their needs and building lasting relationships.
• Negotiation Prowess: Strong negotiation skills to effectively close deals while maintaining customer satisfaction.
• Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering quality results within deadlines.
