Your Impact:
Lead a High-Performing Team: You'll have the opportunity to inspire and manage a team of 5-10 Outbound Sales Specialists, all committed to creating exceptional member experiences and expanding our credit union family.
Strategic Vision: Your expertise will guide us towards achieving our business goals through cutting-edge calling strategies that connect with both existing and potential members.
Coaching and Development: You'll foster a culture of personal excellence by coaching your team on sales and service best practices, ensuring every member interaction is a memorable one.
Drive Results: As the key driver of success, you'll report on our Outbound Sales activities to senior management and take the lead in setting and achieving strategic priorities.
Innovative Process Improvement: Leverage daily insights to refine processes and deliver outstanding results. Your ideas and observations will shape our future success.
Effective Communication: Be a communicator extraordinaire - keep your team informed and ready to provide exceptional service as you implement key priorities and process changes.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in related education and experience.
Experience: A minimum of 2 years of contact center management experience, preferably related to Outbound Sales, and a minimum of 3 years in sales management.
CRM Skills: Familiarity with customer relationship management systems like Salesforce and Zendesk.
Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with omnichannel contact center platforms and automated sales and service solutions.
Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, plus the ability to work collaboratively at all levels.
Organization Skills: Stellar organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities, even in a fast-paced environment.
Team Player: The ability to lead and collaborate within a team, dedicated to achieving results.
Language Skills: Fluency in English (reading and writing) is a must.
Tech Proficiency: Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Excel, Word) and the ability to manage multiple system programs simultaneously.
