The job:

As anOutbound Fiber Sales Advisor, you will:

• Make outbound calls to multi-dwelling apartment units (MDU)
• Ask probing questions to understand the customer's needs and listen for sales cues
• Handle objections by explaining how the services and products will benefit the customer
• Track all sales activities in the company CRM system and keep current by updating prospect information
• Meet and/or exceed monthly quotas.

You area great fit if you have:

• 1+ years of sales experience, preferably Fiber sales
• Extensive knowledge of Fibre and Cable/DSL services and the differences between them
• Experience in call center environment
• Experience with handling objections
• A hunger to earn a higher income in a bonus sales environment
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong computer skills, with the ability to multi-task using a wide range of software applications and programs.
• Currently residing in and legally able to work in the United States
• Have open availability to work scheduled shifts between 10 am to 9 pm EST, Monday to Sunday.

This position requires using one's personal computer with our Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) platform. Successful applicants will need their own personal Windows 10/11 device (Unfortunately our remote work software will not work on Macs or Chromebooks at this time). The device will need to connect directly to your modem with an ethernet cord for a secure connection. It should have a minimum I3 processor and a minimum of 8 GB RAM.
