Job Title : OSS BSS Technical Lead - Operations

Job Description :
Strong experience in Telecom OSS domain with Order management, Inventory, Provisioning, Service fulfilment and activation domains.
Should have basic understanding of mediation, rating, billing, provisioning, network elements concepts and hands-on experience
in end customer's Order processing handling with billing systems.
Should have worked in Telecom projects
Experience with Unix scripting language is an added advantage.
Having knowledge on any automation tools like Python or any RPA tools like Blueprism, UIPath will be an added advantage.
Should have understanding on Ticket prioritizing based on impact/urgency, SLA, RCA, etc.,
Capable to run the Incident Management bridges technically
Collaborate with multiple teams in order to uncover, analyze, and resolve client issues.
