Orthodontist Front Desk Receptionist

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual
- Schedule appointments and manage the office calendar
- Provide excellent customer support and address patient inquiries or concerns
- Transcribe and maintain accurate records of patient information
- Assist with dental office management tasks as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized Front Desk area

Requirements:
- Previous experience working in a medical or dental office setting is preferred but not necessary
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Familiarity with dental terminology and procedures is a plus but not necessary
- Proficient in using office software and phone systems

- Professional in appearance and demeanor

- Willing to travel between offices. We have 3 office located in Tomball, Spring, & Houston (near Jones Rd. & 1960) & work 8:30-12:00 some Saturdays
