Orthodontic Office Staff/Receptionist

Patient-focused Orthodontic office is looking for a full-time/part time front staff to join our team : minimum of 1 year experience in a dental office is preferred but will train the right candidate.

Candidate must possess excellent customer service skills, friendly, energetic, able to build up good rapport with patients and parents. Organized, self-motivated, familiar with social media marketing. Must speak Spanish fluently : Please do not contact the office directly regarding job inquires

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Administrative Assistants & Receptionists: 1 year (Preferred)
• Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
