Your Qualifications:
- Exceptional Communication: You excel in both verbal and written communication.
- Sales Savvy: You have a proven track record of at least 2+ years in relationship-based sales.
- Home Improvement Passion: Experience in the home improvement industry is a plus.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in computer skills, especially Microsoft Office. Knowledge of CAD software and databases is a bonus.
Your Role as a Cabinet Sales Consultant:
- Client-Centric Approach: Build meaningful relationships with clients, truly understanding their needs and goals.
- Engage and Present: Collaborate with clients in our Campbell showroom or virtually to present our custom solutions effectively.
- Secure and Deliver: Close deals and facilitate the seamless execution of projects.
- Exemplary Service: Ensure exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
- Client Advocacy: Encourage clients to share their "Valet Experience" and become advocates for our brand.
Location and Hours:
- Flexible Scheduling: Appointments are set based on customer availability, including some Saturday hours in the showroom.
- Meetings: Customer consultations occur in our Campbell showroom or virtually when appropriate.
