Operations Manager
Operations & Processes
- Collaborate in the implementation of change management strategies related to system and processes.
- Increase the efficiency of existing processes and procedures to enhance the company’s internal capacity.
- Manages day to day business of the operations department while balancing the responsibilities of various business lines such as business analysis, vendor, and risk management.
- Oversees operational systems, processes, and infrastructure while looking for opportunities of improvement or revision.
- Orchestrate multiple workstreams and projects in the program and understand the interdependencies across the program.
- Multi-task and work dynamically to balance the needs of multiple ongoing activities; ability to prioritize internally and track all ongoing activities and upcoming deadlines.
- Operational management, this includes areas such as training, policies, procedures, and system orientation.
Leading & Management
- Lead and coordinate special projects as assigned by Senior Leadership.
- Lead cross-functional teams on critical projects to drive alignment and improve efficiency. Be able to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
- Provides clear direction and responsibilities to project teams by developing strategies to meet short and long-term objectives. Delegates work effectively.
- Collaborate with leadership to define and report out on KPI's and metrics and use insights to inform stakeholders and ensure delivery against targets and plans
- Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports.
- Partner with leadership to support day-to-day operations, including leadership communications/meeting coordination, operations reviews, annual planning, etc.
- Work through other team members to achieve results, effectively engaging stakeholders (one-on-one and one-to-many) to understand requirements, identify obstacles or
- Analyze operational data daily to determine future projects and create daily work plans for all areas

The salary range for this position is $93,575 to $168,600. Individual salaries within this range are determined by a variety of factors including but not limited to the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, education, knowledge, skills, and geographic location.
