Purpose of the Operations Manager Role
The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing general daily operations ensuring all technician staff are properly trained and are following policies and procedures.

Pay Range $50,000 to $60,000 annually commensurate with experience.
Core Responsibilities of the Operations Manager
- Supervising a team to assure timely completion of work and adherence to policies and procedures, identifying all necessary resources required and identifying potential barriers.
- Providing extensive training to new staff.
- Providing ongoing training to all operations staff.
- Providing supervision through daily calls and on-site observation.
- On call 24/7.

Requirements
Qualifications of the Operations Manager
- Minimum of two years experience working in Substance Abuse treatment.
- Minimum of one year supervisory experience preferred.
- Possess passion and compassion for patient care.
- Proficiency in KIPU.
- Exemplary documentation skills.
