Organ Donation Advocacy Manager

In this pivotal role, you will oversee and inspire a dedicated team of Donation and Family Advocates. You will be instrumental in shaping the strategic direction of our advocacy efforts, driving innovation, and excellence to maximize our impact in the community to help save lives and also ensure that they provide compassionate support to donor families through the donation process.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, social work, psychology, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare management, with at least 2 years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role.
  • Deep understanding of the Organ Donation process, including relevant laws, regulations, and ethical considerations.
  • Charismatic communicator with a knack for building rapport and inspiring others to action.
  • Visionary thinker with a knack for strategic planning, problem-solving, and continuous improvement.
  • Unwavering commitment to the mission and values of Live on Nebraska, including a passion for promoting Organ Donation and supporting donor families.
