Order Processing Clerk

Role Overview:
We are seeking an E-commerce Order Processing Clerk to manage daily Order Processing through our Warehouse Management System (WMS) and related software, ensure accurate data entry in Google Drive/Excel, and assist with basic bookkeeping tasks. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in 3PL operations, be familiar with e-commerce practices, and possess strong organizational and analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process daily orders through our WMS and related e-commerce software.
• Perform accurate data entry of order information into Google Drive/Excel.
• Maintain up-to-date records and documentation of all transactions and operations.
• Support basic bookkeeping tasks, including tracking and recording financial transactions related to orders and inventory.
• Collaborate with the operations team to optimize fulfillment processes and improve efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with all logistics and e-commerce regulations and standards.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a 3PL or e-commerce logistics environment.
• Proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace. Highly preferred: Veracore WMS and Shipstation
• Basic understanding of bookkeeping and financial record-keeping.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and fulfillment strategies.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
