Managing Attorney

Fast paced Law Firm located in Southern New Jersey with focus in consumer general bankruptcy (Chapter 7 and Chapter 13) seeks New Jersey licensed attorney who can handle a fast-paced position that requires extreme attention to detail, utmost professionalism, dedication, honesty, compassion, and integrity.
In this position you will shape decisions and policy for client management and future growth. You will consult with clients and opposing counsel, appear before the Bankruptcy Court and the Trustees on behalf of clients, prepare Chapter 13 and Chapter 7 bankruptcy petitions, draft Motions on behalf of debtors and defend against Motions filed by Creditors. Some work in Wills and Estates, Real Estate, Contracts, Traffic, etc.
Qualifications:

• Excellent legal research and writing skills (grammar, punctuation, concise details)
• Excellent legal writing
• Computer and internet savvy
• Proactive and responsible
• Self-starter and self-managed
• Fast learner
• 1-2 years' experience preferred, knowledge of Bankruptcy a plus
• Experience in Contracts, Real Estates, Traffic, Wills and Estates a plus
