Order Processing And Data Entry, Cs, Spanish Required

Ella's Bubbles is a Chicago-based manufacturer of walk-in bathtubs and a national distributor of showers. We are looking for a bilingual (Spanish-speaking) professional to handle homedepot.com and other account order processing and customer support. Main responsibilities include data entry, processing orders, customer support, consultative sales, or any other office tasks that arise in a small business environment. This pivotal position requires someone who is responsible and has the ability to juggle multiple tasks at the same time. Customer support for Mexico and South American customers will be part of the job requirements.

Main responsibilities include:

- understanding product packages
- other office tasks that arise as would be expected in a small business environment.

We're looking for a responsible and friendly team member. Must be highly organized, reliable, and detailed oriented.

Requirements:

- Minimum of 2 years of bookkeeping and customer service experience
- Working knowledge of PC office equipment, including printers, phone system
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, and Word is required
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening, professional demeanor
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
- Resolve customer complaints via phone or email etc.

Fluent Spanish is a MUST.
