Adecco is hiring an Order Fulfillment Associate with strong communication skills for a financial company in the Los Angeles area!
The Order Fulfillment Associate is responsible for the initial processing of customer orders and handling order rejections. This role requires attention to detail and the ability to work in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
• Contact clients to notify them when adjustments to an order are needed
• Performing voids and sales returns for our bank clients
• Processing incoming inventory and non-inventory orders
• Scheduling armored pick-ups
• FedEx end-of-day reconciliation
• Ensure all operations deadlines are met daily
• Ensure all office safety guidelines are followed at all times

Requirements:
- High School Diploma required.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience in customer service, banking, operations, or related field.
- Have strong accuracy with strong attention to detail and focus on quality.
- Strong communication skills
- Previous experience working in fast-paced, goal-oriented environments.
Shifts are available from Monday – Friday, 8 a.m. –5 p.m.

Pay Details: $19.00 per hour
