As a Fulfillment Associate, you will play a key role in the retrieval and sampling of biomass as well as its disposal. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, possess strong organizational skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. This role requires Heavy Lifting (Loading & Unloading trucks) and Long Distance Driving (Across the State). You will also be collaborating with team members to adhere to quality control standards around the warehouse to ensure customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Execute the retrieval and sampling processes for biomass products with precision and attention to detail.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain an organized and efficient workspace.
- Assist in monitoring inventory levels and communicate any discrepancies to the Fulfillment Department Manager.
- Adhere to quality control procedures to guarantee that all products meet the company's standards.
- Work closely with the Fulfillment Department Manager to identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency.
- Participate in training programs to enhance skills and stay updated on company policies and procedures.
- Comply with safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Requirements:
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Clean driving record (Min. 2 year requirement)
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in logistics or a related field is a plus.
- Must be comfortable driving a 20 foot box truck.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately in a fast-paced setting.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Basic computer skills.
- Physical ability to lift and move packages as needed (~50lbs).
- Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and work flexible hours if required.
- Commitment to upholding quality standards and ensuring customer satisfaction.
