Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an E-commerce Specialist. As an E-commerce Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing our online sales and ensuring a seamless customer experience. Responsibilities:
- Manage order fulfillment process, including order picking, packing, and shipping
- Maintain accurate inventory levels and assist with warehouse management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and concerns related to online orders
- Optimize product listings on various e-commerce platforms to maximize visibility and sale
- Perform routine cleaning and maintenance tasks to keep the warehouse organized and safe.
Experience:
- Previous experience in order fulfillment, order picking, or warehouse management is preferred
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, eBay, or Shopify is a plus
- Ability to perform heavy lifting
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
