Clarity Partners is seeking an Order Entry Specialist local to Chicago, IL for a client of ours. Seeking candidates flexible to work in a hybrid setting as needed.
Responsibilities:
- Validate lease/sales documentation is complete and policy compliant.
- Accurately enter lease/sales data into appropriate system in timely matter.
- Enter new sales leads into Salesforce and assign to appropriate rep utilizing territory mapping.
- Route opportunities for expansion/upselling to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure.
- Manage incoming calls from customer accounts with questions or sales requests.
- Understand customer needs and requirements.
- Assist with preparation of sales orders and installation requests.
- Work with the Installation Supervisor on needed documentation/photos to ensure timely delivery/installation of equipment.
- Keep records of customer interactions in Salesforce or ESC, when applicable.
- Provide administrative support to assigned Sales Reps.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain trusting relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Development of product/industry knowledge.
Requirements:
- 2-5 years progressive experience in an Order Entry, Data Entry or Sales Support role
- Attention to detail, precision, and organization.
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
- Excellent communication and customer orientations skills to adapt/respond to different situations and personalities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Regular and reliable attendance.
