SalaryOrder entry, customer service and general office representative need for custom label printing company. Role requires excellent attention to detail and customer service skills. Experience with LabelTraxx software a plus.
Responsibilities include:
- Order entry
- Answering phones & greeting visitors. Clear, concise & polite verbal skills
- Servicing customer accounts (status, tracking, etc.)
- Miscellaneous office work
- Assisting sales & production staff.
- Other miscellaneous general office duties.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED
- Computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong customer service skills as a representative of the company
- Ability to work as part of a team
- 1 year+ experience working in an office environment.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
