We are looking for a Rockstar Customer Service Employee!

In this critical role, you will work as a receptionist and appointment scheduler. Your main goal is to follow up with all sources of leads generated for the company and schedule this new customer with a member of our sales and design team. You will be greeting and scheduling our walk-in customers and performing general receptionist and administrative assistant duties.
The role of the Design and Sales appointment scheduler is to populate and maintain the work schedules for our sales and design team. When setting appointments with customers, the scheduler clearly communicates all relevant timelines, technical and process-oriented information and adjusts expectations if necessary.
We seek to provide an excellent customer experience and keep our installation teams busy. Our success as a company depends on the quality, helpfulness and speed of the customer service and sales and design team members.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Contact customers to schedule & confirm their initial appointment with a member of the sales and design team.
- Provide follow up to all interested potential new and returning customers and set initial in home design consultation appointments.
- Communicate with customers through various methods of initial and follow up methods (phone calls, emails, text messaging, social media)
- Set and, at times, re-set expectations with the customer on the process itself along with next steps in the process
QUALIFICATIONS
*Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer support or scheduling role
*1-2 years of relevant experience in an office environment
*Strong phone and listening skills
*Excellent follow up and problem-solving skills
*Strong computer skills, ability to type a minimum of 35 wpm
*Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel
*Ability to multi-task in a high-volume environment and is results oriented to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
*Excellent customer service skills required
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
*Regular, reliable and predictable attendance required
*Ability to work well with others in a collaborative team environment
