Order Entry, Logistics & Edi Associate

Must have experience on the A-2000 (transitioning to A-2000 from AS-400).

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain All Master files (Colors codes / Size-ranges/Terms-codes/ Group-codes-etc.)

• Set up all Style masters and miscellaneous master files.

• Create and maintain the UPC's

• Send and maintain the 832-catalog in GS-1

• Enter all Production orders

• Enter all Bulk sales orders & Non-EDI orders

• Maintain -revise all production & sales orders

• Track Import shipments from Factories to Whse

• Maintain IN-Transit in AS400

• Work with Importers and cargo carriers for timely delivery of merchandise to distribution centers

• Send 940s to warehouse

• Enter Receiving from warehouse

• Enter all Stock adjustments for Inventory reconciliation

• Run some reports as needed for Finance

Requirement:

• 5+ years Experience in Data Entry/ Order Entry and working with major Retailers.

• Excellent organization, verbal and written skills

• Proficiency with AS400 if possible but A-2000 a must

• Full experience with EDI setup etc..and all EDI transactions
