Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Engage in day-to-day communication with both internal and external customers through various channels such as email, phone calls, web-based platforms, portals, shared mailboxes, and EDI interface.
- Proficiently handle the creation of quotes and processing of dealer purchase orders, utilizing SAP Order Management System for tasks like Sales Orders, Deliveries, Goods Issue and Billing, Goods Receipts, Invoice Receipts, and Invoice Clearing. Also manage Expert Voice orders, Kibo orders, and SPS Commerce orders, encompassing purchase order collection and customer invoicing through web-based portals.
- Effectively address and resolve customer inquiries by identifying issues, determining root causes, selecting and explaining optimal solutions, expediting corrections or adjustments, and ensuring follow-up for resolution.
- Take charge of inventory allocation, considering pre-determined delivery dates, customer priority, and inventory constraints. Oversee the movement of sales to and from customer locations, playing a key role in inventory allocation for order fulfillment across the distribution network.
- Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Supply Chain teams to consistently meet and exceed service levels. Foster cross-functional collaboration with the in-house Sales and Finance teams to ensure accurate and timely order processing, ultimately enhancing the overall customer experience.
- Provide operational and logistics support to the Sales team, contributing to the seamless execution of daily activities.
- Handle the entire process of returns, exchanges, and cancellations, including the arrangement of transportation for product returns, ensuring a comprehensive and efficient resolution.
Qualifications and Compensation Details:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business (preferred)
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in relevant functions
- ERP/CRM system experience (SAP and Sales Force preferred, respectively)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical skills (Excel proficiency required)
- E-commerce, US retailer/National Account, and 3PL experience are considered advantageous
