SalaryWe are looking for an Order Entry Specialistto join our team at JONATHAN Y DESIGNS. The ideal candidate will partner closely within the logistic/ operations team to ensure that fulfillment timeframes are met on time. Must possess a solid work ethic and the ability to think outside the box.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Order processing and invoicing for B2B wholesale accounts and direct customers.
- Ensuring that wholesale orders are fulfilled on time, accurately, and in accordance with strict partner guidelines.
- Manage day-to-day operations related to e-commerce fulfillment and returns
- Troubleshoot and implement solutions for fulfillment issues
- Communicate daily with ecommerce clients by providing customer service and support
- Troubleshoot EDI transmission errors through daily communication with vendors and merchants.
- Coordinate with Distribution Center to ensure on-time shipping and order accuracy
- Work with LTL and parcel carriers to optimize speed and cost efficiency
- Ensure timely deliverables to avoid chargebacks
- Multi-task multiple projects simultaneously, while keeping track of all deliverable and deadlines.
- Excellent follow-up and superior attention to detail is critical in this role
- Ensure data quality and completeness of all records
- Other duties may be assigned
Qualifications
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills is a MUST (Vlookups and pivot tables)
- Thrives in a fast-paced work environment while managing multiples tasks and projects
- Strong attention to detail with effective prioritization skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,827.00 - $57,137.00 per year
