• Performs sales entry/administrative duties pertaining to Order Entry and Order Maintenance in database.
• Updates Customer Master with address updates as needed.
• Reads correspondence from Sales Representatives to determine proper action while following department procedures.
• Manages Jobs Entered spreadsheet report and distributes to necessary departments daily.
• Creates job files with required paperwork.
• Proactively reports unusual conditions or problems to Territory Sales Manager or Project Manager.
• As needed, coordinates with other departments and technical subject matter experts to resolve issues.
• Acts as back-up for customer service.
• Performs other related duties as assigned by management.

• High School diploma or equivalent required; plus, 3-5 years Order Entry/Sales Support experience preferred
