- Performs sales entry/administrative duties pertaining to Order Entry and Order Maintenance in database.
- Updates Customer Master with address updates as needed.
- Reads correspondence from Sales Representatives to determine proper action while following department procedures.
- Manages Jobs Entered spreadsheet report and distributes to necessary departments daily.
- Creates job files with required paperwork.
- Proactively reports unusual conditions or problems to Territory Sales Manager or Project Manager.
- As needed, coordinates with other departments and technical subject matter experts to resolve issues.
- Acts as back-up for customer service.
- Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
KNOWLEDGE/ SKILLS/ EXPERIENCE/ EDUCATION: (Minimum Education and/or Experience required)
- High School diploma or equivalent required; plus, 3-5 years Order Entry/Sales Support experience preferred
