Customer Service/Order Entry Assistant

Price Industries Inc. is on the search for a Customer Service/Order Entry Assistant for its growing US office and manufacturing facility located in Suwanee, GA. This position will report to the Director, Customer Support Services and will be responsible for managing customer service (Account Management) and the order entry process-from customer inquiry to Production Control, to optimize customer satisfaction and support effective production scheduling. Successful candidate will lead and/or support strategic purchasing initiatives (specifics to be determined)

Responsibilities

The primary contact and resource to support a network of independent representative offices as assigned in the Account Manager Assignment listing. Each Account Manager is responsible for keeping a master file current and up to date for each of their accounts.

During daily interactions with customers via e-mail, phone and fax the Account Manager is responsible for:

• Checking order status and tracking
• Expedite requests
• Problem resolutions
• Field Quality Reports
• Return Material Authorizations
• Credit and debit requests
• Cross references
• Discount requests
• Software and web site support
• Rep visits

Assist Account Management team with daily interactions with customers. In addition to assisting the Account Management team, this position will also assist the Order Entry team.

Relevant Experience/ Skills

• 4 years’ experience of managing customer service
• MUST HAVE: 5+ years working experience in HVAC manufacturing environment
• Experience in sheet-metal industry a Huge Plus
