Job Summary:
This position supports the Sales and customer service department by entering sales orders and answering client phone calls throughout the day. Team members will communicate with Warehouse, customer service, and other departments to ensure orders are processed. This position will follow all policies, housekeeping, and safety standards of BTPS.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Enter new account set-ups, orders, credits, inquires, and returns.
- Enter order adjustments as needed.
- Sends orders to warehouse throughout the day for processing.
- Partners with Client Service Representatives (CSRs) to resolve issues.
- Assists Sales Reps and CSRs with requests as needed.
- Invoice customers as required.
- Reviews emails sent to company email accounts.
- Reviews various reports and communicates issues to respective partners.
- Related duties as assigned.
