Position Summary: The Order Management Specialist performs various tasks resulting from the influx of paperwork regarding orders, quotes, emails, and calls for the Company. This person will use the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, Enterprise Resources Planning (ERP) system, and various company databases to process orders and field calls and emails from internal and external customers related to product information, orders, and corporate policy.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintains and organizes company policies and product information, making it possible to field and respond to a variety of phone calls, fax and/or email inquiries in a professional manner.
- Completes the customer and order entry processes for the Company, complying with corporate guidelines for accuracy of 99% or greater.
- Ensures the required information is obtained to complete a quote with the Company guidelines, provides follow up on the quote to obtain potential orders and accurately updates information in the computer system.
- Maintains and creates work instructions for the department.
- Accurately originates, updates, or closes opportunities in the CRM system.
- Assists with updating product information and pricing in the computer system as needed.
- Responsible for communication and paperwork for the warranty and contract process as well as entry of warranty and contracts into the ERP system.
- Responsible for follow-up on paid rentals.
- Maintains confidentiality outlined in privacy portion of the federal Health Information Privacy and Portability Act of 1996.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or general equivalency degree (GED) is required.
- At least two years of customer service, office, or retail experience is required.
- Experience in order entry is preferred.
- Experience with Microsoft Suite is strongly recommended
