Responsibilities:
Oracle HCM Consulting: Provide expert consultancy services in Oracle HCM, with a strong emphasis on benefits and payroll administration.
Technical Expertise: Leverage a deep technical understanding to bridge the gap between functional requirements and effective technical solutions within the Oracle HCM environment.
Configuration and Customization: Lead the configuration and customization efforts within Oracle HCM to align with the specific needs of the organization, ensuring optimal performance and seamless integration of benefits and payroll processes.
System Optimization: Conduct ongoing optimization activities, including updates, patches, and proactive troubleshooting, to maintain the stability and security of the Oracle HCM system.
Integration Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Oracle HCM with other systems, ensuring data consistency and accuracy across various platforms.
User Training and Support: Provide training sessions to end-users, enhancing their proficiency and ensuring maximum utilization of Oracle HCM features. Offer ongoing support to address user queries and concerns.

Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience: A minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience as an Oracle Techno-Functional HCM Consultant, with a specialized focus on benefits and payroll.
Technical Skills: Proficient in Oracle HCM modules, with a strong understanding of benefits and payroll administration. Experience with Oracle Cloud HCM is highly desirable.
