Job Title: Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll Support

Position Type: Full Time

Location: Plano, TX (Can work Remotely)

Responsibilities:

• Will integrate as an essential member of the support team, taking responsibility for owning and solving incidents from a Payroll perspective.
• Aid in the development of internal and customer-facing Payroll documentation.
• Will conduct triage sessions with customers to determine root cause, document outstanding issues, and provide solutions and workarounds.
• Act as a customer advisor on best practice and application awareness.
• Will be responsible for training the customer as well as counterparts in administrative operations.
• Will assist with Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll Configurations.
• Ability to assist multiple customers with Year End and Begin processing. Including but not limited to guidance, configurations, and documentation.

Requirements:

• A minimum of two to three years' experience with Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll.
• In-depth knowledge of functional and some technical areas Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll.
• Expertise in developing and reviewing Payroll Fast formulas is preferred (not required)
• Must be Personable and articulate with excellent writing and interpersonal communication/relationship skills.
• Should have the ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple customer support issues simultaneously.
• Must be able to prioritize activities and be Self-motivated.
