Are you an experienced Oracle Fusion Finance/HCM consultant looking for a new opportunity? iSphere, a leading IT consulting company, is seeking talented individuals to join our team. We have two open positions for consultants with expertise in Oracle Fusion Finance/HCM integration roles. This is a long-term, on-going opportunity, while this role can be remote preference will be given to those living in Houston or Atlanta.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 8 years of domain knowledge in PPM/Finance/HCM
- Experience in at least 3-5 end-to-end Oracle Fusion Finance/ERP implementations
- Expertise in Finance/Vertex/HCM cycles (Employee onboarding, Hierarchies, PPM, GL, AP, AR)
- Proficiency in Cloud technologies such as OIC, OTBI, e-text templates, SQL tuning, and groovy scripts
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative team environment
- Client-facing experience with involvement in requirement gathering, design, configuration, testing, and go-live
- Knowledge of integration patterns, protocols (REST, SOAP), and message formats (JSON, XML)
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field
