Oracle Database Administrator- Fulltime

This is Fulltime Position

Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and maintain databases to ensure optimal performance and data integrity
- Develop and optimize complex SQL queries for data retrieval and manipulation
- Monitor database performance and recommend improvements for efficient operation
- Perform database backups, restores, and disaster recovery procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve database-related issues
- Develop and maintain database documentation, including data standards, procedures, and guidelines
- Implement security measures to protect sensitive data and ensure compliance with regulations
- Plan and execute database upgrades, patches, and migrations

Skills:
- Proficiency in database administration, including installation, configuration, and maintenance of database systems (e.g., Oracle, MySQL)
- Strong knowledge of SQL Scrpting and experience with PL/SQL for writing stored procedures, triggers, and functions
- Familiarity with shell scripting in a Linux environment for automation tasks
- Solid understanding of database design principles and normalization techniques
- Experience in performance tuning and optimization of databases for efficient query execution
- Ability to diagnose and resolve database-related issues using diagnostic tools and techniques
- Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Python, Perl) for automating routine tasks is a plus

Pay: $80,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
